I said, “Just take it or leave it
And take it or leave it
And take it or leave it
And take it or leave it
Oh, just take it or leave it
And take it or leave it
Oh, take it”

That’s right

Oh, he’s gonna let you down
He’s gonna let you down
He’s gonna let you down

Drawing Challenge Day 6- Favorite Book Character (must not be a movie)
Sister Evangeline, protagonist, “Angelology” by Danielle Trussoni

Trust into the care of the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration as a girl, Evangeline opens up a world of treason, legend and secret societies when she discovers a correspondence between the convent’s late mother superior and the philanthropist/avid art collector Abigail Rockefeller; leading her to further knowledge about her own heritage and place in the world of the beautiful and violent offspring of humans and angels, the Nephilim.
Although the ending was for me a little half-baked, Danielle Trussoni still weaves one hell of a fiction story, effortlessly using Bible passages and Christian-Catholic lore with the events of the last century to make one nun’s road to self-discovery both amazingly beautiful and brutal at the same time.
Here’s what I’ve been up to at the moment:
